About

Creek Walk Community offers tiny homes on 20+ acres of natural beauty.  Home sites sit along the creek as well as tucked away in the woods.  Large, mature trees cover the property as well as ponds and trails for walking.

Want to leave the car behind?  Walk or bike the Swamp Rabbit Trail at the front of the property into downtown Travelers Rest, or even all the way into Greenville.  The Swamp Rabbit Trail is a trail that runs through the countryside and through both cities, making for a great walk or bike pathway.

The tiny homes are set back off the road in a forest like setting so you can enjoy the sound of birds chirping, the creek babbling, or glimpse a deer walking through the woods.

Part of the property is designated as green space so the community will always have a view of the woods and a natural feel.  Enjoy the community areas with fire pits, fishing, and even berry bushes.

The village fee includes membership to an onsite working space with offices for rent, a full kitchen, and conference room.  Residents also have access to onsite storage space!

Not familiar with Travelers Rest?  Called TR by the locals, Travelers Rest has a walkable downtown with a public library, restaurants, stores, post office, and more.  Want a night on the town with dinner and drinks?  Travelers Rest has it!  Looking to get some crafting or art work done?  Travelers Rest has it!  Through the downtown is the Swamp Rabbit Trail, providing a dedicated paved trail for walking, biking, and running.  Travelers Rest offers Art Crawls, a farmers market, events throughout the year, and much more!
